Shipping & Refund Policy

We do not guarantee any delivery times due to customs or other unforseen delays. However, generally, the delivery times are as follows:

USA and Canada: 10-30 business days

Europe: 20-40 business days

All other countries: 30-50 business days

Please note that the customers are responsible for the following information, and the refund policy is not applicable under the following circumstances:

1. All official and pre-order item sales are final. No cancellations or refunds can be processed, as all orders are processed immediately. Please be careful when making orders.

2. Error in providing information (e.g. wrong shipping address)

3. Products held up by customs, or delays caused by natural disasters.

4. Other exceptional circumstances outside of Kpop Omo's control.

If the product(s) are not as described, please raise refund requests with order numbers can be sent to info@kpopomo.shop.

All sales are generally final. In rare and exceptional cases, Kpop Omo may, at our sole discretion, approve a cancellation for eligible unshipped products. Approved cancellations are subject to a $5 processing fee to cover non-refundable payment processor transaction charges. Pre-order and official items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

From time to time, Kpop Omo may refuse a refund request and ban customers from future purchases if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Kpop Omo to a corresponding counterclaim.
